Well pleased with installation of 4 faucets in less than 2 hours. Anthony is very competent in his work and would recommend him for plumbing services anytime. Very nice young man.

Anthony Ficara of Quick Relief Plumbing did an outstanding job of installing our new 50 gallon high efficiency water heater and CO2 detector. He responded quickly to my query through Thumbtack, gave a free estimate, asked about our water use and plans, and actually got down and dirty to find out just exactly how old our former water heater was (11 years and starting to falter). Then he sent thorough estimates for 5 different options via email and followed up with me by phone. I had gotten four other estimates and chose Anthony because he seemed practical, thorough, and professional. He did not disappoint - he was fast, efficient, thorough, and tidy. My final bill was precisely what he had bid - no surprises, and he emailed a copy of the receipt to me on the spot. He went the extra mile in helping me with another small plumbing issue while he was on site. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call Quick Relief Plumbing first - thanks, Anthony!

Awesome experience. Anthony was a nice man, went about his work, cleaned up not only from his work but the mess we had from leaks. I appreciate him going the extra .... makes all the difference. He will be our plumber in the future.

Anthony Ficara replaced a drain line that was under my basement floor. He did a wonderful job at a fair price. I would highly recommend him!

Anthony was quick to reply to each of my questions and he was professional and quick when he was here. He installed a new garbage disposal & kitchen faucet for us. The work was flawless and very reasonably priced.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Problem solving is our specialty! Every job is different, some are no brainers & others require us to really think. Our ability to solve problems big & small is what keeps our customers coming back! From finding stubborn water leaks, to complete bathroom remodels we have the expertise & know how to help you get what you really want & need!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before you hire any contractor you want to look for online reviews or customer references. This will help weed out the shady contractors. You also want to ask questions about pricing. Always have prices in writing before any work begins & have a firm understanding of what the price includes. Call several companies & compare prices, remember the lowest price is not always the best nor is the highest. You also want to ask questions about the type of job you are inquiring about, sometimes a few simple questions will let you know if your dealing with a newbie or an experienced pro. Larger companies with lots of employees charge the same price weather they send out a technician with 20 years in the trenches or 1 year, ask how many years of experience the service tech has before they send him into your home.
