- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the type of service requested, travel distance, appointment time, document complexity, and any additional requirements. Mobile, remote online notarization (RON), apostille assistance, certified translations, document preparation, immigration document support, and tax preparation services are all quoted individually to ensure fair and transparent pricing. Clients will always receive a clear quote before services are provided, and there are never any hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding the client’s specific needs. I gather information about the document or service requested, answer any questions, and provide a clear quote. Once an appointment is scheduled, I guide the client through any preparation needed to ensure a smooth experience. Whether the service involves notarization, apostille assistance, certified translations, document preparation, immigration document support, or tax services, my goal is to make the process simple, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Kansas Notary Public and Remote Online Notary (RON). I have completed professional notary and signing agent training and stay current on notarial laws and best practices. I am also an IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) participant, demonstrating my commitment to continuing education in tax preparation and compliance. In addition to notarization services, I assist clients with apostille processing, document preparation, certified translations, immigration document support, and tax preparation. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, I am proud to help individuals and families navigate a wide range of document and administrative needs.
