About
Hello there! My name is Adam and I’m a Certified Piano Technician. I work part-time as a technician alongside my full-time role as a firefighter/paramedic with an area fire department. This helps me bring a strong sense of trust, precision, and professionalism to every job. In addition to tuning I provide repair work and general maintenance. Whether its playing them or servicing them, pianos have always been a huge part of my life. I like sharing this passion with others and thats why I aim to keep my pricing competitive.
If you're looking to get your piano back into shape, feel free to reach out for a free quote. I provide free diagnostics to all new clients to evaluate the condition of their piano and make recommendations for improvements. I look forward to connecting and working with you!

In our first communications, Adam was thorough in his questions and communicated well about what to expect in tuning our old (and out of tune) piano. He was quick to reply and easy to schedule with, and did a great job.

Precision tuning was prompt and knowledgeable about my piano. It is an older Knabe baby grand and it is sounding the best it has in years. Adams knowledge of my piano and his work on it has it sounding great. He is professional and personable. I will continue to use him.
Precision Piano Tuning LLC's reply
Thanks, Cindy! Every time I've worked with you has been a pleasure. I look forward to continuing to earn your business and helping maintain your piano over the years!

Adam was great. If you want someone who will take care of you at a price that is low compared to the value of the service, schedule with Precision Piano. Glad we found our piano man for our future needs too.

Everyone in my family plays the piano. My grandmothermy mommy sistermy daughter and sonpianos are important and the technician is critical to a healthy instrument. I think my pianos *may* have found their person! Adam was the epitome of professionalism. He was thoughtful and checked tuning multiple times. We are thrilled with his work! He is able to service a Dampp-Chaser system, too. Consider helping your piano find Adam, too. You will be so happy.
Precision Piano Tuning LLC's reply
Thank you, Gretchen! I’m glad to have worked with you and earned the trust to work on your instruments. I’d be happy to work with you at any point in the future!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is listed on my website, but expect a mileage/drive time fee if outside of my immediate area. I can give a free quote prior to scheduling if you'd like. I offer discounts to repeat clients that have their piano tuned yearly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we determine if the client needs a pitch raise or a tuning (depends on how recently the piano was last tuned and how flat it is) and then schedule an appointment to start work and diagnose any other problems along the way. Some repairs can even be taken care of during the first appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Music Education at the Glen Korff School of Music with the University of Nebraska. Then later I became a Certified Piano Technician through the PTA.
