- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is listed on my website, but expect a mileage/drive time fee if outside of my immediate area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we determine if the client needs a pitch raise or a tuning (depends on how recently the piano was last tuned) and then schedule an appointment to start work and diagnose any other problems along the way. Some repairs can even be taken care of during the first appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Music Education at the Glen Korff School of Music with the University of Nebraska. Then later I became a Certified Piano Technician through the PTA.
