Mr. Ramos quoted the job and picked up the furniture within 24 hours. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We provided the fabric and he had no problem at all. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I had a chair that went with a set. The chair broke. Everyone said it could not be repaired. Well it was repaired & you cannot tell it was ever broken. Next time I need something repaired I will definitely be going to this company. Fair price for excellent quality of work. They also do upholstery. If you have furniture that needs repair Nuvo West is the place to go!

I highly recommend Juan Ramos with Nuvorest. He reupholstered our dining room chairs and did an excellent job. They look like new from a furniture store. Additionally appreciated was his communication with me throughout the process. He arrived when he said he would and the turn around time to complete the job was faster than expected.
