- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most of our pricing is flat rate per job. Our pricing for coming to your house or business is per hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?unfortunately, there isn't any industry specific continuing ed in our field. I wish there was, because it would make it easier for us to have a centralized place for keeping up skills. As it is, we have resources that we have built ourselves to stay current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always liked computers, but it really started with computer games. Most of the people that work here are gamers of some sort, and that draw naturally pulls us into working on computers as well.
