My pricing is standard and what I feel is fair for my services and time.

I understand the customers issue and the frustrations they are expierencing and I will explain the process and steps moving forward to resolve the issue and make sure they are taken care of.

i currently hold and A+, security +, and MTA certification, I have 2+ years in IT working varying roles with alot of experience.
