- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing metrics are based on going rates and industry standards. We offer discount to essential workers (military, first responders, nurses, doctors, police officers, etc.) on projects $3000-$10000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers and their vision for the scope of work and what they expect throughout the service process. It's my job to clarify and unpack the operational aspects of what they are asking my team and I to accomplish. I work with the customer to affirm a mutual understanding of how things will unfold and outline next steps for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in business administration and extensive experience in operations management. I work closely on the day-to-day operations to ensure that all expectations are met or exceeded.
