- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple and consists only of Labor, Travel, and Truck rates [optional]. We have a 2 hour minimum on labor and only charge in 15 minute increments after that... saving you more money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You will speak to the owner, Zane Forrestor and go over all of the moving details and take care of all questions you have about your move. 2. Agree on the moving date[s] and start time to reserve your move. [No deposit required on local moves.] 3. You'll receive a convenience call from the owner the day before your move to confirm the details. 4. Your movers will arrive on location 5-15 minutes before the agreed upon start time and get straight to work. Time starts when the movers start working. 5. When everything is completed, your moving lead will present you with the final bill and accept cash or credit card to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally worked on over 2,500 moves over a 7 year span ranging from small local moves to long distance moves, to 5,000+ sq. ft commercial moves. 2,000+ of which were done by Forrestor Moving.
