This company was very professional and did a good job repainting my kitchen cabinets and reglazing the bathtub in our spare bathroom. I would recommend them to anybody.

Cory did a great job refinishing our shower. Before we moved in our house was a rental and the shower was pretty shot. For 10 years that we've lived in this house we have tried all the "elbow grease" to get the shower looking clean to no avail. We used Rust-Oleum Bathtub and Shower Paint which looked good for about 2 months. Now that it's time to sell our house we had two options: replace the shower entirely ($6k) or reglaze it (less than 1/3 the cost!). We picked reglazing and are so happy with the choice.Even more than the fact that Cory did an amazing job, I think it matters that when you have a problem the company resolves it quickly and well. My first experience with KCBTR was not great. Our first reglazer did a sub-par job and had a lot of reasons why that was, but a lot of it was that he was less experienced and not prepared. I contacted them in a panic thinking I might have to entirely replace the shower. I explained my problems which they addressed as quickly as possible and did a MUCH better job. It now looks like a new shower.I 100% recommend them!

Payton came out and did a fantastic job with our very old tub. Was polite and explained everything thoroughly. Now: I gotta be honest. The 5 stars are for Payton. Many people told me not to spend money on this service because it doesn't last long. For now the tub looks 1 million x better. Hoping I am still happy in 6 months.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

That it's never cheaper to have it done twice. Our family has been in the reglazing business since 1978. We use a coating that is literally 3x more expensive than what most of our competitors use and it is superior in every way to those coatings. Which is why we're able to give you a 10 year warranty on our work.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Email or send us photos to get a quote for your project. Once we've given you a quote we can get you scheduled right away.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality should be your first concern. If this type of work isn't done properly you will be having it done again. As my grandfather always said it's never cheaper to have it done twice unfortunately.
