I am the Top Pro 9 years in a row! I do not overbook. I want to have plenty of time to do the job properly. I pre-spray the carpet and treat all stains and then steam extract with straight Clearwater to leave no residue that can attract dirt. I use the same basic principles to clean upholstery furniture and tile and grout. Some other carpet cleaners put the cleaning solution in the steam water and leave soapy residue because they're in a hurry to get to the next job I don't do that. Dave was really thorough. He answered my texts quickly, he was on time when he said he’d be, and got out some really, really horrible pet stains and smells. He is very careful while in the home and I’ve brought him back to do stairs and upholstery. Dave is now my go-to guy for carpets and upholstery. Will use again!

Dave was awesome! My couch was nasty, covered in pet hair and my cat has a urinary disease that causes him to urinate inappropriately on occasion, which has built up over time. Now, my couch looks almost brand new and smells amazing! On time, cleaning took about 2 hours for an oversized sectional and ottoman, he even cleaned the throw pillows! Very nice guy and a hard worker. So worth the money!
