I am the Top Pro 12 years in a row! I do not overbook. I want to have plenty of time to do the job properly. I use state of the art equipment and safe chemicals for life and the environment I am very thorough and able to remove a lot of stains that other people think are permanent I pre-spray the carpet or upholstery and treat all stains and then steam extract with straight Clearwater to leave no residue that can attract dirt. I use the same basic principles to clean upholstery furniture and tile and grout. Some other carpet cleaners put the cleaning solution in the steam water and leave soapy residue because they're in a hurry to get to the next job I don't do that.
