- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard, since every house is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have a brief phone chat about what it is you want to do, then set a time to come out, and look and take measurements. I have carpet swatches with me, and for tile, I can find what you want, or meet with you at my showroom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the flooring business, for over 30 years, starting out in retail, and then helping my husband with his flooring installation business. After the economy downturn in 2008, I decided to open my own company, and it has morphed into much more than just flooring. We have done many baths, kitchens, and whole house updates.
