I have worked with Koch Construction for many years for multiple projects. They have renovated my kitchen and basement, installed flooring throughout and built a custom deck at my house. Scott is the project manager is does an exceptional job! His communication is top notch and he always has a smile on his face. I highly recommend Koch Construction!!!

I work closely with Koch Construction in our property management business and cant say enough good things about them. They are professional, respectful of others homes and turn out quality work. I know I can count on Scott and Victor to take care of any of our business needs from simple drywall repairs to full apartment renovations. They are communicative and we joke that they are allowed to tell us no, even though they rarely do!

Mike and his crew finished our basement and remodeled our master bathroom. They did a great job and were so respectful of our property. Mike stayed in contact with us and answered any questions, concerns or changes quickly. They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the entire project. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
