I had Diamond Duct Cleaning Services come out to inspect and potentially clean a chimney. The chimney has not been cleaned in 27 years. Over the years I have burned wood and Duralogs, and also had used vented and ventless gas logs. I wanted to go back to burning wood, so needed to have the chimney inspected and, if needed, cleaned. On the day of the job, Jeff texted me 15 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. He got here exactly when the appointment was scheduled. He was very professional, clean and fast. After an inspection he confirmed that the chimney should be cleaned. He hung plastic sheeting in front of my fireplace to minimize dust and soot, cleaned the chimney, cleaned up and was out in about an hour. No pressure, no sales pitch, no problems. I will use him again when it comes time to inspect my chimney.

Showed up on time, was cordial, professional, and did a good job explaining what was to be done. I knew, just from having taken off my vents and air returns, that the ducts were full of years and years of grime in pet hair, so I’m looking forward to the decrease in dust and allergies that this cleaning will bring. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks!

Jeff did a great job cleaning the ducts in an existing house we purchased. He was able to come out quickly to give an estimate and completed the job several days later. I was home when he was doing the cleaning and he showed me some of the debris he was getting out of the ducts. I'll be reaching back out to Jeff the next time I need ducts cleaned.
