The cost of the job was fair. About the same as the other estimates.
The paint job itself was perfect. At the last minute, I was worried that the color was a little too dark. She picked a lighter color and I love it. I'd call the color light sandstone. Light gray with a hint of tan. It transformed the room, not the least because the old color was a horrible orangish pinkish coral.
I told her she could just paint the door trim, vents and outlets the same color as the walls. But she recommended painting them white, and that made a lot bigger difference that I thought it would.
Last but certainly not least, she offered to let me pay in 2 payments. One when she did the job, and the remainder next month. I live on Social Security, and there was no way I could pay it all in one payment. I told that to the other painters who gave me estimates, and neither of them offered to let me make 2 payments.
Adding she's friendly, down-to-earth, and downright likable.
Couldn't attach a photo, because my phone can do it, but I don't know how.
