Thank you to Country Steves for coming out within a day to cut down a fallen limb and clean up the storm debris in my back yard. They did a great job.
We had 3 areas that needed drywall repair from water damage. Jose arrived early and worked until job was complete. Ceilings look better than when they were done by the builder. Jose was polite, professional and a hard worker. I definitely recommend him!
Had some water damage caused by improper downspout installation. Rod repaired all the damage and fixed the water issue. Great team, a honest and fair price. I will use them again and recommend to my neighbors!
Did an amazing job installing my storm door! Their pricing was very reasonable and they were able to come install on short notice! Will definitely recommend them to others.
I was very impressed with the work that Mark did today! Prior to the job, there were a number of text messages, emails, and phone calls to make sure everything was ready for the job. This helped build my confidence in the work that he was about to do. He picked up the door from the department store first thing in the morning. Because of all the communication, he immediately knew that the door on hold was not the correct one. With a quick phone call to me, we were able to get the situation resolved. He explained the work that he was doing along the way and made sure I had a voice when an unexpected situation came up. I also appreciated that he did not take an hour lunch break. With the incoming storm, he worked to get the door installed and 2 coats of paint before the rain. I already have him booked for another job. Thanks Mark for your professionalism!
Naturally your instinct is to worry, but with the crew from Water & Mold Begone they were very professional and prompt, works within your budget and restores your home better than how it was before the damage occurred. Thank you!
We recently had the experience of working with David Marsh of Noble General Contracting. From the first time we met him, we were impressed with how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable he was. He climbed up on our roof to check for hail damage. Then he offered to examine it again when the insurance adjuster came to our house to review the damage to our roof, gutters, outside paint, and inside ceiling damage. David ensured that the entire repair process was smooth and efficient. If we had any questions, all we had to do was call or e-mail him, and his response was quick. We always knew what the next step in the process would be, and he submitted the necessary paperwork to our insurance company in a timely manner. Working with David could be compared to having a trusted and honest friend who is proficient at home repairs. He knows his stuff! Plus all work areas were tidied up at the end of each day, and probably cleaner than the way hed found them. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a skillful, personable, yet professional contractor.
Marvin and his team did a great job dealing with our water damaged basement. He came out quickly for an estimate which ended up working perfectly with our budget and was able to get us booked in the same week. They were able to get everything hauled out, torn out, and cleaned up in one day. Including fogging our air ducts. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others!
Jim has done 4 projects for me so far. He installed a new storm door, painted a large pantry, put latches on my cabinets and trimmed out a closet. We are doing a new patio door and tiling a room next week. He is doing a great job! Would recommend him to anyone.
Gary is nice, extremely fair, honest & thorough. When he says he'll be at your house at 9:00, he's there. I will be using him again for a full roof repair & would highly recommend him to friends & family.
We had tree damage in the front and back yard. Just with call Shawn met with us on Saturday and Sunday the work was done. The price was very reasonable. I will recommend Shawn any time I will get chance.
Kent, Chris, and their crew were very helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with my water mitigation needs. They took a very stressful situation and walked me through the process so I was always informed and put at ease that they would deal with all the issues I was facing in regards to water damage. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage. Chris
One of the most professional companies we could possibly work with… they were able to come out and spend over 3 hours assessing the damage before even quoting us. They ended up helping us have insurance cover the entire project. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Cullen repaired part of a shower wall, part of the bathroom floor, and part of a ceiling below - all which suffered water pipe leak damage in a rental house I own. The job took 2 half days, as I recall. Part of the shower wall and the ceiling below had to be re-sheet rocked. Also, some of the shower wall tiles had to be replaced. The shower wall is tiled with early 1970's tiles which are no longer available. Since only the tiles around the faucet and knobs had to be replaced, Cullen searched hard to find something that would look acceptable, if not identical, to the remaining tiles. All turned out looking quite nice. It was a plus to have Cullen working on this project as the tenants speak Spanish - not much English - and Cullen is fluent in Spanish. Absolutely nothing went wrong and I would highly recommend Cullen.
We had a window well that flooded water into our basement and we were under a lot of stress trying to figure out what to do with it. The last time something like that happen we had a contractor come out and dry out the carpet but leave the pad wet and basically ruined our pad. I was referred to yeti restoration and they came out and were very professional gave me a good price and could do the work the same day to prevent further damage. I actually trusted this company to be be there with my wife and kids without me there. That says a lot! I refer yeti restoration to everybody now!
Tabitha was out at my house last night at 9pm to help us with a problem of a broken pipe which flooded our basement. I cannot give her enough thank yous as she was, prompt, helped to eliminate the damage, extremely courteous, and finished the project in a timely matter. I Highly recommend this company, and will use them again and refer to family and friends!!!
I am extremely impressed with Holderman Construction. I recently hired this company for a project that involved several components, both indoor and exterior components, and I was completely satisifed with the results of every single component. I’ll go into the details in a minute, but among the highlights of working with this company were the excellent communication and feedback, the punctuality, great professionalism, and above all, the incredible attention to detail and high work quality, along with an excellent value - these guys put a lot of labor into my project at more than a fair price. And they were extremely easy to work with. My project lasted 4 days and they were great to interact with every single day, and did quality work every day. They were polite, friendly, and clean. They even removed their shoes, and did an outstanding job with post-project cleanup. The main interior project was bathroom remodeling of cabinets. We had attempted previously to have someone use color stain to re-stain our cabinets and trim, and we just never liked the results. So this project was starting to add up in cost, with a readily we didn’t really like. Ray (the primary/owner) and Aaron (one of his main partners) did an absolutely outstanding job on the bathroom cabinets. They fully sanded all the drawers and doors down so that the previous and original stains/polyurethane were completely removed before applying the color stain again. That was a critical component, because in the end, the color stain ended up looking terrific - even better than I’d hoped it would look. My expectation of how they should look when completed came from the swatches of the particular color I selected (rustic grey) for the color stain I’d purchased. We realized that the previous application of that same stain, we weren’t really seeing the wood come through the stain, but instead the previous (original) stain, becuase it hadn’t been fully removed. In the end, the cabinets and trim looked BETTER than that expectation! Ray and Aaron really hit it out of the park on this one. And when they were done with the sanding and staining, they cleaned up really well from the dust and there was very little lingering chemical smell from the stain. Awesome! I also had them fix some lingering plumbing problems that had frustrated me because a previous contractor was not able to resolve them. Not Holderman Construction - fixed them both for good. The remaining components of my project were wood rot repair and storm door installation. I really loved what they did with both of these tasks. Seems straightforward but there is the materials aspect - which product, wood or vinyl, etc. There was an odd complexity to the back door wood rot that introduced a potential obstacle but Ray and Aaron were able to find a solution and overcome it by finding the right type of wood at the right thickness (original builder apparently chose an unorthodox door and window frame thickness for SOME but not all of my windows and doors). They repaired the wood rot and painted over it and it looks great and is of course no longer rotted. But the real bonus for me was that in the process, Ray managed to correct an incredibly vexing problem with the main back door in front of the storm door - it was not level, and leaking a TON, and I mean a TON of air through the bottom and the sides. I didn’t go into the storm door installation with any expectation of improving the air flow issue for that door, but that’s what I ended up with. An almost complete remediation of that problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the back door now. It closes properly, it’s level, and virtually no air coming in! That’s only been bothering us for 15 years now. On top of that, several other contractors tried, but ultimately failed, to resolve that issue with the door. And come to think of it, at least one if not two previous contractors told me they’d fixed wood rot issues that they really did not fix. Well, they’re fixed now, becuase Holderman Construction fixed them CORRECTLY. Ray is highly attentive to detail, does quality work, at a more than fair price. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. And I can say the same for Aaron, his partner. I really enjoyed working with them, and not only would I hire Holderman Construction again, but I’m sure right now that I WILL hire them again for other projects I have waiting. I highly recommend them.
I had hardwood flooring installed in the kitchen and the whole main floor hardwood refinished. Exotic Flooring did an excellent job at a great price! I would definitely be using this company again in the future!
