When a bracelet accidentally got stuck in the trap of our toilet on a Sunday, we contacted Alex with Johnson County Drain Cleaning and were incredibly impressed with the service we received.
Alex responded immediately and was at our house within a couple of hours. After removing the toilet and using a camera to locate the bracelet, he was able to carefully dislodge and retrieve it in about an hour. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, communicative, friendly, and efficient.
He took the time to explain what he was doing, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and put everything back exactly as it should be. As someone who hasn't had much experience hiring plumbers, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Alex exceeded every expectation.
I would absolutely call him again for any plumbing or drain issues in the future. It's reassuring to know exactly who to call when you need reliable, honest, and skilled plumbing help. Highly recommend!

Alex came to fix an urgent problem with my toilet and fixed it quickly and made suggestions for preventing future problems. He was amiable and professional.
