These guys were great to work with, very responsive and ultimately provided the work i had imagined. We had a very challenging situation with being on a 72 year old slab that was not smooth. Efrain was able to accommodate and smoothen out the floors so that the LVP didn’t have too many uneven spots. The first night of work i noticed an uneven spot and called it out to him, he took the floors up in that room and corrected it! Always working with me to make sure the project ended up how i had envisioned. Also, pricing was great and very reasonable.

I tried a DYI floor self leveling job and completely screwed it up. He was able to come in, knock out my old concrete and install the LVP in the kitchen. It looks great!

Efrain’s good. Put down a grade of plank flooring he maybe wasn’t familiar with and it turned out great. Also was efficient in stretching/re-installing carpet and a new pad opposite of the plank flooring side.

My priority is not to disappoint you and to do the best with my skills. Doorways transitions with Nylon hidden screw fasteners (long name) ;) I had no idea how it was done. the market invents new things always. But I read the instructions and everything went great.
