- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate of $40/hr on all our services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We accept cash, check, Venmo and PayPal (friend, not service pay). We also offer Military, Senior and disabled discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customers needs are different. We like to speak with them regarding their needs and then match our services to achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This field of work requires a lot of experience and the ability to communicate well with our customers about their needs. As the owner I can tell you I have 10+ years of experience and understand this type of work inside and out.
