- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing with Seniors, and Veterans discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the customer from start to finish. We inform the customer the cost of move (no hidden fees or up charges), payment information, how many crew members will be provided, we contact customer the day of move when the crew is in route, crew greets customer on arrival and take tour of home, answer questions, crew protects home such as placing rug runners, and adding door and railing protectors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of moving experience. I am on every job and I provide on site training for all my new employees.
