- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate and depends on the number of movers needed as well as if you’re needing a truck. We offer senior and military discounts. Pricing can increase for oversize or large weight items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free in person estimate, our team member will be able to take into account the details of your move, and provide an estimate on length of time your job may take to complete. You will then receive a personalized quote within 48 hours. Once accepted, a deposit to secure your slot will be taken and a contract will need to be signed. On moving day, our team arrives on time, handles everything with care and ensures a smooth, efficient move from start to finish
