Introduction: After going through my own weightloss journey, losing 100lbs, I have found a passion and fire to help others. I know how hard it is to stay on track, to get motivated, and to keep pushing through. I know the excitement hitting new goals and being able to set new ones! We just opened a brand new gym located at 69 HWY & 103rd in Overland Park, next door to Brew HaHa Coffeehouse. Family owned and operated, so no pressure of a big box gym, plus 24hr access to the full gym! Body Shop strives to be personable & ensure everyone is comfortable, if you prefer to train with a Male, we have one of those too!! He also specializes in competition training. So whether you're looking for guidance on nutrition, want to lose some weight, gain muscle or maybe hit that stage, we got you covered!

Holly is the best trainer I have worked with, and I have had several. She explains what muscle each exercise is working, she makes sure you are using the correct form for maximum effect & to make sure you don’t injure yourself. The combination of exercises is always different every session, so I don’t get bored. I actually look forward to workouts!

I exercised with Holly three times a week for several months and she always kept the workouts fresh and different and interesting while addressing a total body workout for both cardio and strength training. She listens to her clients and makes adjustments accordingly, depending on the needs of the client. I would highly recommend her as a fitness instructor! Diane S.
