Introduction: I have a lot of AVAILABILITY! REALLY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Hello! My name is Tyler Jones. I’m a NESTA certified Personal Trainer. I train out of a gym called BODY SHOP GYM AND PERSONAL TRAINING. This gym is located at 10344 Mastin, OVerland park, KS. I have 8 years of experience, with over 1500 professional training sessions. As a full time Kanas city , MO firefighter ; I simply have a deep rooted passion for helping others. When I’m not ; on duty serving my community, or helping others change their lives, through fitness. I have the amazing privilege, of being a full time , dad to a beautiful 4 year old girl named Kennedy. RESULTS! My priority is very simple, getting you the desired , RESULTS, based on your specific goal. My approach is very structured, and detail oriented. Everything is designed specifically, for each individuals , specific goal. Meaning there are no copy and paste, cookie cutter plans. I won’t just train you for an hour , then send on your with out a solid plan in place. We focus on all pieces of the puzzle, as they are all equally important. You’ll have a training regiment, in place. These workouts, will keep you progressing on track, for the days of the week, we aren’t training. The workouts are designed specifically for your individual goal. Nutrition is Key! However you don’t ; have to eat the same foods every day or starve, to reach your goal. Learn how to effectively track the appropriate macros, with a variety of nutrient, dense foods. This variety allows , you to stay on track easier , with out getting burnt out from eating the same foods daily. My Nutrition plan I provide, allows you to build your own meals each day, with the proper portion amounts already calculated. We track progress weekly and make the necessary adjustments, to your nutrition as we go. This is a very simple and effective way to stay on track. Nutrition plan and Training Plan , is all included! No extra charge! Agin; me training you for a hour, twice a week, with out all of the proper tools to succeed is , a recipe for failure. Thanks for reading, about me and my services. Tyler has been working with our son for several weeks now. Not only do we see a change physically, but in his mental mindset as well. He has helped to create a plan that fits my son’s needs and he is able to carry that outside of the gym, to include a nutritional plan. He is an incredible role model and we value his expertise! Tyler is easily the BEST personal trainer I’ve ever had. It’s more than working out, Tyler is going to introduce you to a new lifestyle and you see results so quickly that you become addicted. When you sign up Tyler is very efficient in going over everything from the snacks you eat to what body parts different exercises target. As the client it’s really good to know what you should include in your diet because an food item can be marketed “healthy” and it’s really not which Tyler explains the ins and outs of why. Most trainers will recommend supplements, but Tyler is extremely knowledgeable in supplements, I can confidently say he is an expert in this field and I love working with him! He’s going to push you, but it is so worth it and he’s going to give an explanation of why he’s pushing you and has you doing what you’re doing. I would give Tyler 10 stars if that website had that many to give because he is definitely a professional and expert as a personal training

Hiring Tyler as my personal trainer has been a rewarding decision to say the least. He is educated in his field and knows how to get the best out of me. He does not allow me to slack and he pushes me in a way that is encouraging and makes me feel like I can do it. As much as I hate working out I always look forward to our sessions and feel so accomplished when they are done. He has the knowledge, the skill, and the drive to help you reach your fitness goals.

The absolute best trainer I’ve ever come across! Tyler is extremely knowledgeable, professional, resourceful, and he cares. He’s helped me not only get in shape but also focus on my health in a science based and realistic way. I love his workouts and the fact he tailors his programs to each individual.     My pricing is based on my experience and knowledge. Also very affordable, and sustainable for a ample amount of time.

    Building a solid foundation and learning how their body works. Finding what works for them and helping understand why it works for them.
