Hitch Fit is focused on Transformation, and not client retention. We ask that our clients be ready for change when they step through our doors. The client is the focus, and teaching them healthy habits which are sustainable is the goal. We don't believe in quick fixes, or fad diets. We believe in teaching people to Believe in themselves, teach them the skills they need to change their bodies, and then encourage them to inspire others with their story. Seeing the look on clients faces when they have completed transformation and take their "after" pictures. It is priceless when they realize how far they have come, and know that they are capable of so much more than they initially imagined.

I chose to do a fitness competition last year. I had heard great things about Diana's coaching and program. So I knew if I was going to do this she had to be my coach. She far exceeded all of my expectations. She is very knowledgable in tailoring every program specifically to the individuals body type and goals to get the best results possible while staying with balanced meal plans and great workout routines to maximize results. I also love how she takes a personalized approach with everyone she works with!

My experience working with Stephanie (a HitchFit trainer) so far is amazing. I had two trainers at different companies prior to being with Stephanie and I was worried that this would just be another waste of time. It certainly isn't. I love working with her, she pushes you and motivates you and doesn't make you feel like you're lesser because you can't do something right now. I was in an accident, so I've had to put my training on hold while I recover, and she's so understanding. She will message me and ask me how I'm doing and honestly she's one of the best people I know and I haven't even known her that long. I miss training, and can't wait till I'm recovered and cleared to go back to training because Stephanie is awesome. They have a private location next to a whole foods that I go to, and there has never been more than 2 other clients (and their trainers) in the "gym" the same time as me. It's a comfortable space, they have showers and lockers, and the most important of all is the heart behind HitchFit. Thanks so much HitchFit, you have restored my faith in personal trainers, and everyone I know knows just how much I love training at HitchFit!

Diana Chaloux-Lacerte is so knowledgeable in fitness, health and wellness. She is trustworthy, honest and loyal and absolutely wants what's best for you. It was a blessing I found her and was able to work with her as she taught me some of the most valuable life lessons. I am a better mother, wife and overall happier person because of her.

Have you ever walked into a place, and have it be so welcoming, you feel like its your home? Thats the feeling I got when I walked into Hitch Fit for the first time. I got a groupon for personal training, as birthday present, little did I know that present, would be one to help transform my life. I grew up a competitive dancer. I was at the studio 5 nights a week, and could eat whatever I wanted and got away with it. I eventually started dancing professionally at Disney World, but when I got pregnant with my daughter, and married my husband, my whole world changed. I was no longer to keep up my extremely active lifestyle that maintained my diet of fast food, and soda pop without gaining a pound or an inch. Over the next five years, I had another child, and my husband joined the Navy. So, while traveling from coast to coast for his job, and managing a child with a disorder that required multiple hospital stents , working out ,and staying fit was something that was last on my to do list. I started to put everyone else first, and my health last. I n January 2014 I met Sara Sutherland (a transformation trainer at Hitch Fit), or as I like to call her Boss Lady. After my first session with her, I decided I wanted to compete, and push myself to get back to my pre-baby/dancer body. I told Sara this, and she said it will be hard work. But I was up for the challenge. I got pinched, and weighed and took before pictures. I did not realize how far I had let myself go, I was unrecognizable. I started the day I got my nutrition guide. With my husband stationed in another state, I decided it was time to put my big girl pants on, and start putting myself first for a change. I did the math, I have 72 hours that Im not working or sleeping, so with those Im MAKING time for myself. The new routine was, meal prep every Sunday, working out 1 hour every day, and throwing in cardio whenever I got the chance. I saw Sara once a week, where she pinched me, weighed me and made me stay accountable. I saw the old me emerging, and I got my confidence back. I became a fitness addict, I loved the way my body was changing and the community that came with it. Its empowering, when not only you can see the changes in yourself, but when others do as well. Hitch Fit started to feel like a second home. It has been the most physical and mentally challenging times of my life. Sara, quickly became not only my trainer, but my therapist. She knew how hard, and challenging changing your life can be, because she went thru the same process not so long ago. She helped me on this 12 week roller coaster ride of emotions, and knew how to help me stay focused on my goal. The entire Hitch Fit team, is so supportive, motivational, and genuinely the nicest people around. I have fallen in LOVE with fitness and now have the opportunity to be trainer at Hitch Fit and help transform lives, they way Hitch Fit transformed me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a complicated pricing system. Training rates are $65 - $70 per session. We offer 12 and 16 week transformation programs (clients with larger weight loss goals may go longer if they would like). There are no gym membership fees. Clients who commit to transformation will be provided their nutrition guidance at no additional charge. Clients typically train 2-3 days per week depending on schedule and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the trainers are required to keep their certifications current, and they consistently continue their education as far as training and healthy nutrition.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
For me personally, it was the field of work that I knew God had called me to. For all of the TRANSFORMERS, this is what they are all passionate about doing. It isn't a side job for them, it's what they thrive on.
