Personal Training

My son needed assistance with his goal of losing weight and knowledge of weight training and cardio strategies for his Army ACFT within the ROTC program. I located Kevin who returned my call expeditiously and scheduled his sessions in record time with the first session free. In addition to his caring nature; suburb knowledge of physical fitness including the ACFT; a structured workout regimen and guidance on form etc, Kevin also provided a diet plan and has kept my son motivated. In fact, my son has improved remarkedly including losing several pounds! He feels more confident that he will pass the ACFT testing requirements! And I am confident he will have the knowledge to continue with an exercise plan for years to come. Highly recommend Kevin as a personal trainer for any type of training needed.

Personal Training

Very good and considerate clearly knows what he's doing and is everything you can ask for in a PT. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it was rather pricey; I paid $184 for 4 30 min sessions; you can get better value the more sessions you buy in one package but ultimately it was out of my budget. Now I do have to say Kevin is very fair; one thing that impressed me when I was training with him was that he actually gave me 5 sessions for the price of 4 (6 sessions in total including the free first one) because the first one was measurements that took up almost the whole session and he didn't think that was fair to me. Overall quality trainer if you have the money.

Kevin has been my personal trainer/coach for many years. I needed someone to hold me accountable, who was reliable and also knowledgable in the nutritional department. Kevin is also very educated with musculoskeletal conditions to work around any troubled areas I have. As a chiropractor, I am very impressed with what Kevin has done for me. Im looking forward to my early morning workout tomorrow! Thanks Kevin!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Basically I incentivize commitment to your goal. The more sessions you commit up front on your Fitness goal the cheaper the session. Simply put I want my clients to succeed and be rewarded for staying healthy and fit and achieving there goals!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally my process is very fluid and involves alot of the clients input along my expertise on where to start and how to along the process of getting to there goals. Essentially I have an initial free consultation session with the new client. We go over current health status and past health history. Identify the clients history with working out and current workout status. At this point we perform measurements if the client is comfortable with performing them. From there we identify short term and long term realistic goals. Once the goals are established for the client then we then start the program in one of many different phases that will change over time in accordance to the clients weekly frequency intervals and there specific goals. During the process we will on strength training, nutrition and supplementation, cardiovascular health, flexibility and pre and post injury relief. Initially I like to meet with my clients more in the beginning, example being 3 times a week instead of 2 times a week. As the client attains there goals and gains more responsibility and confidence with there fitness program outside of there personal training sessions with me, then take the clients frequency down to later set them up for long term lifestyle success and continuing there workouts on there own regularly. Of course Frequency is not only determined by client goals, but finances as well. Ultimately at Kkick Fit we aim to provide the best way to get involved with personal training as any personal training with Kkick Fit is better then no training at all with Kkick Fit

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified in both NASM CPT and NASM Corrective Exercises cert. NCSF CPT certified TRX certified Certified Kinesio Tape specialist CPR and AED certified. I also have my Black belts in American Kenpo and Taekwondo.
