I had a First Communion/Birthday party for my daughter all of the kids enjoyed the face paint and body art. They also enjoyed the balloons! Thank you so much for making this experience a memorable one for my daughter!May 8, 2017Verified
Quentin was amazing to work with--prior to our event and we very professional. The day of our event we had a larger than expected crowd! He supplied awesome balloon art for each and every kiddo! His interaction with parents and kids was friendly and outgoing! We will most certainly have him back for our future events!Apr 10, 2017Verified
We had a balloon artist at a Girl Scout event that hosted about 400 Girl Scouts. Quinton was patient kind and stayed later than he needed to to finish the line. We can't thank him enough for his service he gave lots of girls Smiles on their face at 3 to 5 a.m. in the morning. It was an on sleeping event overnight for Girl Scouts. I would highly recommendFeb 1, 2017Verified
Quentin came and did a kids Halloween Party at Saints Pub + Patio. The balloons looked amazing and the kids were happy.Nov 16, 2016Verified
Quentin did a great job, was there on time, and even stuck around a few minutes extra to get through the end of a long line. Will definitely use KC Face and Body Art again if we need a balloon artist! Thanks very much!Oct 10, 2016Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with the assumption that these types of services are brand new to my clients. I ask what is important to them and do my best to meet those needs. If there are limitations, I always mention them up front. I feel that's only fair. Sometimes, location, facilities, age of attendees, etc. impact what we're able to do. Once we book, I make sure to get a final street address for the event and an emergency contact number. Beyond that, we're pretty low maintenance. We show up a bit early based on set up needs and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I come from an art family, so largely family/self taught. That said, two of my team are professional art teachers and the third has received formal makeup artistry training... so we're pretty solid from a skills perspective. The other advantage we bring to the table is that we can "think art" so can adapt on the fly if needed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Wow... about every type you can think of. I honestly can't think of a demographic we haven't covered. :) I've done lots of work with kids at churches, schools, private parties. Adults ranging from music festival attendees, to bikers, to universities, to senior citizens at retirement communities.
