- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even though we list a per lesson price here on Thumbtack, our tuition is actually charged monthly. You'll pay the same flat rate monthly tuition and have a lesson once each week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We learn everything we can about our music student's interest and abilities. From there, we get started teaching and the new student will be playing music in no time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our teachers are degreed and professional musicians who have experience working with students of all ages, levels and abilities.
