Nadine was awesome. I received a quick response. She is a very professional, articulate and quick to understand lady. After our initial discussion she provided a new resume in just a few days. It is the most professional looking resume I have ever had and was extremely focused on my intended employment target. We had two edit go round's which is standard for her but to be honest, it probably could have been done in one. She is that good. Kudo's to her for hitting the nail on the head. The only negative is that she seems to be extremely busy. It took 4 days to schedule an appointment for the initial call. That took longer then the actual writing and edit process. All in all in took about 8 days.

Thank you so much Nadine!! :) People thought I was crazy hiring a resume writer since I'm a decent writer myself and I could just "Google it." I told them that resume writing wasn't my area of expertise and that it made no sense wasting time Googling it for hours (and MAYBE finding accurate answers) when I could just spend 15 minutes talking with a professional who could give me specific answers around how I should write my resume. I have been an entrepreneur/worked for myself for the past 8 years and picked up a serving/manager job at a restaurant the last year and a half. I wasn't quite sure how to format my resume and what I should/shouldn't include. During my 15 minute intake appointment with Nadine, she answered my questions and was so helpful! Definitely glad I didn't skimp on this project, even though there were other resume writers who were cheaper to go with.

Nadine knows her craft and she knows it well. I was hesitant to hire someone to work on my resume. I was worried that someone without experience in a technical field wouldn't know how to make technical roles shines. After I researched her a bit, I felt comfortable with letting her do what she does best because she has a background in the tech world and knows what recruiters look for.

She had a draft after 2 days and it was unexpected how blown away I was by what she did. She took my experience and made it sound very professional but not over-the-top. The formatting and structure of the resume was very impressive and to make things even better, the included thank you note and cover letter all match. I felt like I should hand deliver these resumes in nice leather bindings.

She worked with me to smooth out some areas I wasn't to comfortable with, gave me tips to improve my LinkedIn account and was very thorough with my resume. She took what I thought was a good resume and made it clear to me why she is a professional at it and I'm not.

I've gotten plenty of interest since I put my resume out there and it's a confidence boost to know that I'm submitting something professional that will give a great initial impression to a prospective employer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each engagement begins with an intake process to understand your professional background, career goals, target opportunities, and specific needs. From there, I personally complete the work based on the services selected, whether that includes resume writing, LinkedIn profile development, career coaching, interview preparation, or other career support. Resume projects include a collaborative review and refinement process to ensure accuracy, clarity, strong professional positioning, and alignment with target opportunities. All work is completed personally by me and is never outsourced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring more than 20 years of experience across human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, career development, workforce development, and coaching. I hold an Ed.D. in Learning & Organizational Change from Baylor University and an M.S. in Human Resource Development & Administration from Barry University. My professional credentials include Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and qualifications in the MBTI® and Strong Interest Inventory® assessments.
