Introduction: I make many things from scratch that other caterers purchase already prepared( i.e. salad dressings, gravy, sauces, stocks). I pay careful attention to what goes into my cooking, meaning the freshest ingredients and purchasing natural or organic produce, meat or dairy as the clients budget allows. Also skilled in many ethnic cuisines. I love to see my clients get excited by the dishes I create, one of the best compliments I ever received is, "When I eat your food and close my eyes, I am reminded of being in my Mom's kitchen!"
