Very professional. He came prepared with all the needed tools. He was able to complete a detailed, high quality inspection in much less time than having 3 different inspectors do the component parts of the inspection. I will use this service again.

We had Christian perform a general home inspection on a property we are in the process of buying. He was easy to get ahold of to schedule the appointment and was available the very next day that we called to schedule. He was very professional, on time, and very reasonably priced. He performed a thorough inspection, made sure to review his results in person afterwards, and provided us with an emailed, detailed inspection report just a few hours later. Not only that, but we had an additional question for him the following week that he answered promptly. We are very happy with his quality of work, timeliness, pricing, and professionalism and will definitely call him if we need a home inspection in the future.

Christian does the most through inspection I have ever seen. Attention to detail I think is in his genes! If your looking to buy a house or sell yours get all the information, both good and bad! Think of him as a house doctor's specialist.

I am a licensed engineer. I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and have been trained and licensed in Home Inspection.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have years of experience in construction and engineering. I am a licensed engineer and certified for all of the services that I provide.
