I really enjoyed my experience with changing out our hot water heater. The quote included all of the work that needed to be done and was exactly what I paid. The care that was put in to keeping our house clean was amazing. The job was done quickly and very well.Apr 18, 2017Verified

anthony was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I contacted 3 contractors for a quote, they all scheduled appointments, but anthony was the only one who showed up to provide me with a quote. needless to say the companies that couldn't take time out of their day to give me a quote made my decision easy. He was on time each time he had to return to the house, he always cleaned up after himself, and the inspector was impressed with his work. I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!!!Apr 8, 2014Verified
Anthony was quick to reply to each of my questions and he was professional and quick when he was here. He installed a new garbage disposal & kitchen faucet for us. The work was flawless and very reasonably priced.Oct 12, 2013Verified
Anthony Ficara replaced a drain line that was under my basement floor. He did a wonderful job at a fair price. I would highly recommend him!Aug 23, 2013Verified

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Before you hire any contractor you want to look for online reviews or customer references. This will help weed out the shady contractors. You also want to ask questions about pricing. Always have prices in writing before any work begins & have a firm understanding of what the price includes. Call several companies & compare prices, remember the lowest price is not always the best nor is the highest. You also want to ask questions about the type of job you are inquiring about, sometimes a few simple questions will let you know if your dealing with a newbie or an experienced pro. Larger companies with lots of employees charge the same price weather they send out a technician with 20 years in the trenches or 1 year, ask how many years of experience the service tech has before they send him into your home.
