FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the hour plus materials with a 1 hour minimum and then 15 min increments after the first hour. Hourly rate is $125.00 and if I don't fix it then I don't charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, carefully listen to their issues, I will have them take me to the work area so they can show me the issue then I like to explain what it is I'm doing as I troubleshoot. Once we have identified the problem I like to explain what we have found and what we're going to do to resolve the issue. I make the necessary repairs. I will then invite the customer to examine the fix and verify the the issue is fixed to their complete satisfaction. Once the customer is satisfied I then completely and thoroughly clean up any and all messes to the condition it was when we started. Finally I'll ask the customer if there is anything else I can do for them, if not I submit my bill for payment, leave a few business cards then say good bye.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certifications such as Wirsbo, Pex, Trac Pipe, Wardflex, OSHA 10, Competent Persons, Tench Safety and my Plumbing License from St Joseph, Kansas City and Richmond Mo
