Andy was amazing! He has an easygoing personality and fit exactly what we envisioned for our evening. Fun to work with, professional and was open to playing our set list to make our evening personalized and special. The evening went exactly as planned. Andy was a dream to work with. He responded quickly to our initial request to hire. His arrival at the venue was spot-on. He took the time to inquire about our organization, the celebration, and who would be attending so as to tailor the music to the crowd. Andy provided music during our dinner, a first for us, and there was not one complaint, the crowd thought it was a nice, elegant touch, not too loud and easy on the ears. After the dinner, Andy kept the attendees on the dance floor. Many comments that they LOVED our DJ ! Andy was very friendly and personable and made our event all the more special. If you need music for an event, hire Andy, he'll take good care of you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of Kstate’s journalism/radio-tv Department, worked at several radio stations in KS and MO, have DJ’d events for over 20 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Began working as a DJ at a local club in Manhattan while attending college.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I performed MC and DJ duties at an outside wedding dance at the bride’s family home. The bride’s brother performed a few songs with his small band and then the event was handed over to me. Each member of the wedding party was introduced and I played a song that they wanted during each intro. We had a blast with that part of the event. Having a rented margarita machine on hand was fun too!! The event lasted 4hrs.
