This is the first house that I had inspected. The whole process was seamless. Making the appointment, Martin called to confirmed the date & time along with the location. He took his time throughout the whole inspection. He was forthcoming with his concerns. He also provided a detailed report a few days after the inspection. Over all I am very pleased with Martin & services he had provided. If I need another house inspection. I will be contacting Martin.

Martin always makes himself available even on short notice! His inspections are always thorough, and I trust his evaluation. I’ve had Martin inspect many homes and buildings with lots of deferred maintenance. He also makes time to speak with the buyer when necessary to explain the inspection. 5 stars
