- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $30/hour. I offer single sessions or packages tailored to life coaching, spiritual counseling, relationship support, or personal development. Virtual and in-person sessions are available. Payment plans can be discussed if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short intake form and a conversation to get clear on what you're looking for—spiritual direction, emotional clarity, relationship support, or practical growth in leadership, habits, or mindset. I coach both virtually and in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications in life coaching and neuroplasticity, and I’m currently completing a degree in psychology. I’m also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My training is both practical and brain-based—rooted in biblical truth, emotional health, and behavior change that lasts.
