- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price list for our services. We also have a standard fee for on-site visits. There are no fees for on-site walk downs or most diagnostic services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an informal interview process to find your needs and try to match that with a technology solution. Then we discuss details of getting done and the costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have active partnerships with several manufacturers. We are Cisco select certified. We also have a continuous training program that provides general technology training and area specific training from many industry experts, including APC, Cisco, Google, HP, Intermedia, Microsoft, and Zyxel.
