- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generall bid by the job, not by the hour. My bids have a detailed materials list, not just a single price for everything. This way the customer can see where their money is going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and offer references and testimonials. Take a look at the project, and develop a detailed bid. Set up a time to meet again with the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the lead renovation training required by law by the EPA. This is generally for homes built before 1978. This means I am certified and licensed by the state of Kansas and know how to prevent lead dust from contaminating you and your home.
