Very knowledgeable, prompt service. We had ants and bedbugs and they were gone with the very first treatment. Worked with us to let us know when they were inbound so we could secure our pets. Answered all our questions and were very quick to respond to any communication.

Dan showed up on time and was very personable and easy to work with. He gave us all the information we needed. Answered all of our questions. So far so good. They were able to come the very next day after receiving my quote. They don't double charge for the 2nd trip out (which they do 30 days after initial service). Other companies want to charge for each trip. Professional and polite service as well. Now let's just hope they have gotten rid of my problem!!

I noticed bed bugs on a Friday night and was very disgusted and anxious that I may move them to another room. Nathan messaged me right back on thumbtack and called when I asked of there was someone I could talk to. This was about 730 PM (after hours). He was at dinner at that time but talked to me for quite a while answering my questions ect and then offered to come by that night to do an inspection. I feel like he went above and beyond, after he came and eased my mind we set up the appointment for the following Monday and again he worked around my schedule and came around 5PM giving me time to make it home
