Your typical techs are living in the past charging you ridiculously high rates. Sometimes they even try to charge you a diagnosis fee just to determine the problem.
You know what? We call that customer service and it is free.
We can even come to you, and we only charge a flat fee of $10 for in home/office service. Everyone else charges upwards of $25 PER HOUR.
And if we are unable to help or fix your problem we will not charge you anything!
