I needed a detailed cleaning of my kitchen and bathroom for a move-out. Showed up on short notice and finished the job expeditiously. Was very kind and professional. Did not expect to be as happy as I was. Will definitely use her services again.

We used Amanda for approximately 4 months on a biweekly cleaning schedule. She was initially pleasant, came out, and gave us a bid for $150 per cleaning. After the first cleaning, she asked for $200. We agreed on $175. She repeatedly had personal issues that prevented her from showing up on time or on the agreed upon date. She demonstrated a lack of experience, ability to organize, and professionalism. We tried repeatedly to make it work and would provide feedback. On one occasion, all our floors had footprints all over them after she mopped barefoot and then walked across them. She began using our supplies and after I advised that our oldest son moved out so cleaning should be less intense, she asked me for more money. I finally decided that this was not working and sent her a message to end our cleaning arrangement at which point I received the following: "Wow!!! Thanks!!! I really busted my ass cleaning your house doing everything I could to please you!! And you still fire me!! Good luck lady honestly I don't think anyone will be good enough to clean your home you not pick and you don't appreciate it you having animals and me only charging you $175 every two weeks was dirt cheap and you don't tip". I am not accustomed to tipping for a service I'm paying for, although I have previously left my housekeeper a large Xmas bonus. Needless to say, this just proves my point and her clear lack of business professionalism. Were it not for this text, I would have said nothing, but hoping to save someone else the drama.
