- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate for Residential and Commercial.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pay attention to the customers needs and expectations do everything they expect and i even have a few houses & office that tell me to treat their house or office as if it was mine clean it or organize it as you would your own just as long as we can find everything and it is clean as usual I love my customers and work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a cleaning company many years ago and I'm a private duty nurse as well w/training so I started my own business experience and it is Great .
