Mr. Porter of Birds Eye Home Inspection arrived on time and jumped right in to do the inspection, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about code and he pointed out problems he found that I had no clue about such as the need for GFCI outlets near the kitchen sink and other water ares in the home . He later placed those issues he found in a pdf. report that he emailed to me along with photos of the problem areas. Well worth it and he allowed me to walk with him during the inspection, if I ever buy another home I will call on him again !
