Introduction
I provide individual and group nutrition services for many different interests. I work with diabetes, eating disorders, weight control, food allergies, high cholesterol, basic nutrition, and sports nutrition. I work with all ages from 0-100+.
An individual session starts with an overview of you and your goals or problems, then a plan is mapped out that includes an eating plan, exercise plan and changing behaviors if needed. I also consult for nursing homes.
