Ive always enjoyed working out but recently Ive wanted to take the next steps in my physique and health. While wanting those things Ive became busy with my work. I saw activu on Facebook and liked the fact that I could get the best of both worlds. Not having to waste time and money on both commute to and from the gym and having to pay gym membership fees and training on top of that. So far Im loving activu, Spencer not only has improved my diet but Ive also put on good size which were two of my biggest goals. On top of it all with it being so personalized I feel as if Ive created a friendship as well. I highly recommend activu to anyone wanting to improve themselves regardless of size or age!

Spencer with ActivU has helped me gain a whole new appreciation for fitness. I was never one who worked out religiously because I thought it was boring. No treadmills, no machines, just your body and every now and then some weights! Each workout elevates you to a new level of strength and endurance from HITT, to weight training all in my own home! From the start till now; I can't even believe how much progress I have made. If you want to get in the best shape of your life, let Spencer work out with you. It's so worth it. Working out has gained me a new confidence and love for myself. There is no routine of boring because each session is new. I never thought I'd be someone who craves to workout. I have never enjoyed the gym out of fear of looking like I don't know what I'm doing or judgement, so the workouts from home bring comfort and push me farther because I'm free to workout without judgement. I can't wait to see where ActivU takes me this year!

I have been a member for about a month and a half. After my first month, I lost 10lbs! Im on the 30 day plan, but even when Im not working out they really seem to care about my progress. They send texts daily and even keep me on track when I start to slip with my diet (The diet was personalized, btw!) The trainers are professionally trained, will come work out at your house so you dont have to have a gym membership and Spencer Logan is fantastic!! I cant recommend them enough!

When you workout but don't see results you realize you can't do it alone. Their trainers customize a meal and workout plan to get you started and keep you going. You'll see and feel a difference!!! What better investment is there then an investment in your health? I recommend them to anyone that is serious about making an improvement in their health.

ActivU has been a game changer for my husband and I!! We have 3 kids under 4 and Spencer has been incredibly flexible! Its so helpful that he comes to our home while the kids sleep in and at times even the kids join in on our workouts! Its setting a great examples for our boys to see us put our health as a priority! He pushes you just the right amount! He really puts a lot of time making the work out tailored to You especially when I had a bad knee pain. His exercises helped with that! Its so nice that after he leaves you can shower in your own house than at a gym! You cant beat the price!! Its been great to do this as a couple too! Thanks ActiveU!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies based on frequency of sessions (how many times per week) and how many sessions are paid up front. The more sessions bought up front the greater the discount. In home services are currently only available in Kansas and I’m looking to expand rapidly into other areas. Hope to be nationwide and provide VIP Training Experiences anywhere in the world. Nutrition coaching and meal planning are available as well.

Greetings and introduction, free consultation and fitness assessment, tailored program and serving my clients individual goals.
