ActivU “The reason ActivU works is because there’s no excuses, especially with Spencer. As someone I’ve come to know as a coworker, trainer, and a friend, I know Spencer doesn’t take no for an answer. After signing up with ActivU, there were plenty of times where I wanted to shoot him a text and push the workout to another day, but I knew fully well that if I sent that text I would see Spencer show up at my door anyway with a workout pushing me twice as hard. Spencer is so dedicated to helping you chase your goals that he isn’t going to let anything or anyone stand in your way, including yourself. For me, that is exactly what I needed. I needed somebody with a dedication so contagious that it would inspire me to give my absolute best even when I really, really didn’t want to. Being the guy that was always little, very skinny, a mere 160 pounds even at 6’3, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to lift much. I knew I was weak, couldn’t do many push-ups or squats, and to be honest, I was very embarrassed. Only through having someone knowledgeable by my side to show me what to do and how to do it with workouts formulated in a specific way to help me grow and see the results I wanted got me to where I am now. Somewhere I am very very happy to be. In just a matter of months with ActivU, I put on 50 pounds, now weighing in at 210 and being able to lift much more than I ever thought possible. When you workout but don't see results you realize you can't do it alone. Their trainers customize a meal and workout plan to get you started and keep you going. You'll see and feel a difference!!! What better investment is there then an investment in your health? I recommend them to anyone that is serious about making an improvement in their health.

ActivU has been a game changer for my husband and I!! We have 3 kids under 4 and Spencer has been incredibly flexible! Its so helpful that he comes to our home while the kids sleep in and at times even the kids join in on our workouts! Its setting a great examples for our boys to see us put our health as a priority! He pushes you just the right amount! He really puts a lot of time making the work out tailored to You especially when I had a bad knee pain. His exercises helped with that! Its so nice that after he leaves you can shower in your own house than at a gym! You cant beat the price!! Its been great to do this as a couple too! Thanks ActiveU!

Spencer with ActivU has helped me gain a whole new appreciation for fitness. I was never one who worked out religiously because I thought it was boring. No treadmills, no machines, just your body and every now and then some weights! Each workout elevates you to a new level of strength and endurance from HITT, to weight training all in my own home! From the start till now; I can't even believe how much progress I have made. If you want to get in the best shape of your life, let Spencer work out with you. It's so worth it. Working out has gained me a new confidence and love for myself. There is no routine of boring because each session is new. I never thought I'd be someone who craves to workout. I have never enjoyed the gym out of fear of looking like I don't know what I'm doing or judgement, so the workouts from home bring comfort and push me farther because I'm free to workout without judgement. I can't wait to see where ActivU takes me this year!
