I am not the type of person who typically enjoys working out. However, Miles is an amazing personal trainer and has made working out fun! He is very knowledgeable and provides the level of accountability that I need. He is great at helping set personal goals, and then providing the tools and skills necessary to meet them.Aug 23, 2019Verified
I am very happy with the personal training experience with Bekka at Forge Fitness. I am seeing results for the first time in the gym and am learning so much. Both Bekka and Miles are knowledgeable, have excellent communication skills, they're dedicated and motivated to give their clients the best training experience possible.Aug 1, 2018Verified

Miles was an excellent personal trainer. I lost a lot of weight and learned so much about body mechanics as well as effective ways to loose weight and get strong. Nice guy. Very professional and strictly business. I could tell that he was invested in my goals. Lol he was passionate about teaching me to properly air squat! Thats hard to find! Anyway, highly recommend. He is an especially good match for any dudes, like me, who are trying cut fat and build muscle.Jul 4, 2015
Miles is extremely talented at creating a training session modified to what fits best for your goals combined with your body type. Also his knowledge as a certified nutritionist brings a whole new level of value to the experience with him as a personal trainer.Aug 27, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Session pricing depends on the number of sessions purchased, but average pricing is $48 for 1 hour and $29 for 30 minutes. We also offer 25% per person if you train with a partner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we meet with the customer to determine what their goals are, then do several simple tests to determine their current fitness level. Once we've determined the clients goals and capabilities, we build a program that takes into account the clients priorities, preferences and needs. Measurable results are usually seen within 3 weeks of regular training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm certified by the American Council on Exercise as Personal Trainer and Nutritional Specialist. I've been a competitive athlete since I was 13 and am still competitive in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling. I've been doing Olympic Lifting since 2009 and hope to do my first competition soon. All of our trainers have their degrees in Exercise Science and have been competitive athletes themselves.
