Wow! Brandon really went above and beyond with his customer service. My apartment building was having an issue with a different roofing company so we called him for advice. He actually came out to the site to talk to the other roofing company to advocate for us by tactfully expressing our concerns. He also gave us very sound advice for what our next step should be. All of this, on the Friday before Labor Day weekend! This speaks volumes to his character and his dedication. Thank you for all of your help! All of us here truly appreciate it.
