- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, I am required to continue to educate myself annually. Knowledge is power, and, there is always something new to learn.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It really does take over 250 hours to plan a wedding or large party and most can take 150 man hours on the day itself to sucessfully execute. There is so very much more to planning a wedding or special event than the decorations. Education and experience are vital elements that can be overlooked too often. In the event industry, professional training is an option, not a requirement. The client must be the one to demand that for their own wedding, party or gala by demanding that highest standard from everyone they hire.
