In that fitness profile, I'll assess your body fat percentage ( how toned you are ), your resting heart rate ( how well conditioned you are ) as well as your caloric need ( how many calories you need to consume to create fat loss ) this is in addition to weight, girth measurements and performance tests within my training.
Finally,I teach you to use myftinesspal, a food journaling application, so that I can check what you're eating everyday. Even if we're working out 3-4 times a week, fitness is a 7 day a week effort and I'm there with you every step of the way to make sure your habits outside of our workouts don't sabotage all your hard work."
