We specialize in Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers in Northern Kentucky. Our pricing is based on the size of the property and the services required for each turnover. For short-term rentals we offer clear, straightforward pricing so hosts know exactly what to expect. Properties with multiple units or consistent turnovers may qualify for bundled or long-term pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we first discuss the property details, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the host’s expectations for each turnover. Once we understand the setup, we schedule the cleaning, complete the turnover according to our checklist, and provide photo documentation after each clean so the host can see the property is ready for the next guest.
