Brian's attention to detail is 2 nod to none. His hardworking, dedication to make sure every thing is done according to code. His honest to tell you the truth even when I can tell its bad news. There has not Been a task asked of Brian the he wasn't able to repair he is extremely knowledgeable and explained it to you an then repairs it better than it was before. We had some odds and ends jobs to tend to that Brian and his crew managed promptly and at a good rate. We had a small concern with one of the jobs. Brian was attentive to it to ensure customer satisfaction and that it was managed successfully.

Brian completed mold remediation at my property after a leak. He finished the job quickly and worked with my tenant around her schedule. There was an issue with coverage from my insurance company and Brian was very patient with the delay in repayment. I'd recommend him to others.

Brian did repairs in my home for preparation to sell. I had a flood while Brian was working and he and his crew cleaned out the basement after the flood. He loaded a pod with my belongings for my move to PA. Brian worked on my home in my absence. I was not uncomfortable trusting him with access. The work was very good. It looked like a different home when he was finished. I would recommend Brian to anyone who asked.

After talking with a couple of contractors, I hired Brian to repair the roof over my family room and the ceiling damaged due to roof leakage. I also needed repairs to my balcony and the door into the family room. All of the repairs needed were due to water and wind damage that had accumulated over years. I also chose to have skylights installed since the roof and ceiling were both being repaired. Brian was nothing short of fantastic! He is a perfectionist and his work exceeded even my own very high standards! He is also the most honest contractor I have ever hired. I say this because he stuck to the estimates he quoted even though there was greater damage than anticipated hiding under the balcony carpeting and roof shingles. Brian also worked late into the evening many nights and worked under tarps when it was raining. He also completed some additional small repairs that I had been putting off and charged a very reasonable rate for those repairs. I cannot say enough positive things about Brian. I feel so lucky to have found him and will turn to him first for any future home repairs--construction or otherwise.
